Handler started working on The Tonight Show as a reporter. Handler made her breakthrough in 2006, as she was named host of her own show on E! The show was titled Chelsea Handler. It lasted two seasons. Handler was a guest on stage in her native United States on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour.
