Humans are adults, or animals is one that has grown in all its potential. Adults are considered to be a social notion as well as a legal concept in our world. In contrast to a non-adult or "minor", a legal adult has reached the age of majority. They are considered autonomous, self-sufficient and dependable. They are also known as"major" or "major". The general consensus is that the minimum age that a person can legally become an adult is 18. It is possible for this to vary depending on legal rights and country as well as the development of the individual's psychological.

Adulthood refers to the period in the human lifespan when the person is at maturation in both physical and mental development. Adulthood is commonly considered to begin at age 20 or 21 years. After middle age (starting at around 40) then comes the age of old age (around age 60). The beginning of adulthood occurs between the ages of 18 to 30. The middle age stage begins from in the 30s to the 60s. Later adulthood is when we reach the mid-60s. When we enter an early age (20 to mid-40s) the physical development is completed, though our weight and height might increase slightly. During young adulthood we reach the highest level of physical ability.
